Your seat is held for you for seven days.
Book the setup session and the seat is yours for good. It is the one thing we ask before anything else: an hour with a founder to build your schedule, products, waiver and payments together.
What happens next
Your studio is set up in that hour. If you are switching, send your member export
first and we show you the dry run.
Your trial runs until you open, up to 90 days, and your billing page shows every
date of the program.
The first ask comes a month after your first class. Nothing before that.
If the seven days pass with no session booked, the seat goes back to the pool and your account keeps the normal 14-day trial. No hard feelings.
