Founding Studios terms
- The benefits. Frontmat gives a Founding Studio the benefits on the Founding Studios page for twelve months from the studio's first live class, plus free until you open for up to 90 days before it: a setup hour with a founder, months 1 to 3 free, months 4 to 12 at $49 a month, then $99 a month locked through December 31, 2028.
- The asks. The studio agrees to the asks on that page and may decline any of them. Declining changes nothing. Leaving the program ends the founding rate and the lock at the next invoice.
- Your words. Reviews, quotes and case studies are the studio's own words. Frontmat never asks for a rating, never edits a review, and publishes nothing without the owner's approval. Each carries the line "Founding Studio: free and discounted software."
- The lock. The $99 rate holds through December 31, 2028 for every location on the account. If Frontmat changes hands, this and every other date here bind the buyer. The export is free at any time.
- Leaving. Either side may end the program with 30 days' notice. The studio's account is month to month regardless.
- Referrals. Referral credits follow the partner program terms in force on the day the studio's seat is approved.
- Your own members. Nothing here is a contract for the studio's own members. State rules on pre-opening sales are the studio's to check, and the setup session points to them.
