Mariana Tek pricing

Mariana Tek does not publish a price: the two ranges going around, and what to get in writing

October 5, 2026

Mariana Tek's pricing page is headed "Flexible pricing for the big brands and the brand new". It names three bundles: Core, Core + Growth and Full Growth Bundle. None of the three has a dollar figure on it. The button on the page reads "Book a demo".

So the numbers a studio owner finds come from other people. Here is what those numbers are, who printed them, and what to ask for on paper. Everything below was read on October 5, 2026.

What the page does print

The page is specific about what the bundles hold. Core lists "Custom-branded iOS and Android Apps" and "Kiosk Check-In". Core + Growth adds "Marketing automation" for emails and SMS and "Two-way texting with customers". The list of what every plan includes has "Multi-location management" on it.

It is also specific about cards. "We partner with Stripe for payment processing. We charge their standard flat rate for all purchases regardless of the type of credit card." The page adds that Mariana Tek takes nothing on top of Stripe's fees. And it gives a timeline: "The typical onboarding process lasts between five and eight weeks."

That is a clear page about everything except the monthly bill.

Range one: $179 to $285

Exercise.com sells its own gym software and keeps a page titled "How much does Mariana Tek cost?". Its answer: "Mariana Tek pricing is custom per studio—generally between $179 and $285/month—depending on feature bundles and location size." The page attributes the figures to what gym owners report and names no owner.

Range two: $300 to $800 and up

A review site for Pilates studio software prints a different answer: "Based on independent sources and studio owner reports, pricing typically ranges from $300 to $800+ per month for a single location." It breaks that down by bundle. Core is put at around $300 to $400 a month, Core + Growth at $400 to $600, and the full bundle at $600 to $800 or more. It names no source either.

The two ranges do not overlap

The top of the first range is $285. The bottom of the second is $300. No single monthly figure sits inside both.

Over a year the spread is wide. $179 a month is $2,148. $800 a month is $9,600. The gap between the lowest estimate and the highest is $7,452 a year for one location.

The directory listings do not settle it. Capterra shows a starting price of $1.00 a month, with no free trial and no free version. Nobody runs a studio on a dollar a month, so that field is a placeholder.

Neither range is a quote. Both are estimates from sites that are not Mariana Tek, and one of them belongs to a competitor. We sell studio software too, so read this page with the same care. The only number that counts is the one on your own proposal.

What two reviewers wrote about add-ons and term

Two reviews on Software Advice put figures where the pricing page has none. Both reviewers list a company size of 51 to 200 employees, so these are larger operators.

Mike B. gave five stars in July 2025 and wrote this about extras: "$80 per studio location per month for one thing. $100 per studio location per month for another. And that's on top of a price that is already the most expensive among their competitors." A studio paying both would add $180 a month per location, which is $2,160 a year. He also wrote that his company had used the product for three years and had just renewed.

Brandon L. gave one star in August 2022 and described the term: "3 year initial contract, then it renews every year for a year at a time". He added that the full stack of tools his company needed came to "up to twice of the costs of the alternatives".

That review is four years old and it is one customer's account. Mariana Tek's pricing page says nothing about term length, so we could not confirm that a three-year term is offered today. It is still the reason to ask. If a three-year term did apply, 36 months at $179 is $6,444 and 36 months at $800 is $28,800. You would be committing to one of those totals, or something between them, on the strength of a demo.

What to get in writing

A demo is a conversation. A proposal is a document. Ask for these on the document before you sign:

The last item is the one owners skip. Our post on what leaving looks like has the full list of export questions, and the dry run post shows how to test a move before you commit to one.

The same questions, asked of us

Frontmat prints its answers on its own page. The price is $99 a month and it covers every location you run. The term is month to month and you cancel from your own settings page. The export of members, history and ledger is free at any time. Card processing is Stripe's published rate and goes to Stripe. Migration from your current platform is included.

If a vendor's answers to the list above are good, they will fit on a page like that. Ask for the page.
