WellnessLiving publishes its prices: $69 covers one staff member, $349 covers a team with its own app

September 28, 2026

WellnessLiving puts four plans on its pricing page and a number next to three of them. Starter is $69 a month. Business is $199. BusinessPro is $349. Enterprise reads "Call for pricing". That is more than most of this category prints before a sales call, so the page gets that credit first. Here is what each number buys, read from WellnessLiving's own pages on September 28, 2026.

$69 is the price of one person

The Starter card lists "One Staff Member". It also lists the Achieve Client App, the Elevate Staff App, "POS & Credit Card Processing", "Email and SMS Notifications" and "Free Data Migration". For an owner who teaches every class and answers every message, that is a full product at $69.

The first person you add changes the plan. "Unlimited Staff" is on the Business card, and Business is $199 at its regular rate. Read at face value, the second name on your schedule costs $130 a month, or $1,560 a year. A studio with one other instructor is a $199 studio.

Your name on the app is the $150 step

The Achieve Client App is on every plan. The version with your studio's name on it is the "White Label Achieve Client App". The pricing page marks it "Add-on" on Starter and Business and includes it on BusinessPro. The BusinessPro card has two lines on it: "Everything in Business Plan" and the white label app. So the $150 a month between Business and BusinessPro is the price of the name. Over a year that is $1,800.

WellnessLiving's help center prices the same app on its own. The add-ons article lists "Monthly White Label fee: $209 USD per location", "Annual maintenance fee: $150 USD", "App customization fee: $159 USD" and "Apple's annual membership fee: $99 USD". The white label article gives the same four numbers and says the $159 applies "whenever a business requests design changes to their custom app". The Apple fee goes to Apple. Apple's developer program is a "$99 annual membership".

Two pages, two app prices

The pricing page says the white label app is included on BusinessPro. The help center says it is $209 a month per location. Neither page is wrong. The $209 most likely applies on Starter and Business, where the pricing page says "Add-on", and the arithmetic backs that up. Business plus $209 is $408 a month. BusinessPro is $349. For a studio with staff, upgrading is $59 a month cheaper than the add-on, which makes $349 the floor for a team with its own app. Starter plus the add-on is $278, and that is still one staff member.

What the two pages do not settle is the rest of the list. Neither says whether a BusinessPro studio also pays the $150 annual maintenance or the $159 per redesign request. Ask before you sign, and ask for the answer in writing. The white label fee is also "per location". The plans themselves do not say per location anywhere on the pricing page, and "Multi-Location Reporting" and "Cross-Location Visits" sit only on Enterprise, which has no number. We ran the same math for Mindbody and Glofox in per-location pricing is the multi-studio tax.

Frontmat's member app installs from the browser in two taps and lands on the home screen with your icon and colors. There is no app store listing, so there is no build and no store account to pay for. That is a different thing from an App Store app under your name. If the store listing is the point for you, BusinessPro is a real way to buy one. If the point is members opening your studio from their home screen, it is inside Frontmat's $99 a month, and we priced that app across the category in the branded app add-on math.

Frontmat is $99 a month flat. Every feature, every location, month to month. Card processing is Stripe’s published rate and goes to Stripe.

The promo covers two months

Business and BusinessPro both carry "Save 80% for 2 Months" on the card, and the banner above them gives an expiry of September 30, 2026. That makes Business $39 and BusinessPro $69 for two months. Month three is $199 or $349. On BusinessPro billed monthly, the first year is $3,628 and the second is $4,188. The promo is worth $560 once. Price the second year, because that is the one you keep paying.

Texts: reminders included, conversations priced

The Starter card lists "Email and SMS Notifications", and the comparison on the pricing page marks "SMS Systems Notifications" as "Unlimited" on every plan. Booking confirmations and reminders are covered. Two other rows are not. "2-way Conversational SMS" reads "Pay Per Use". "Message Center (Marketing SMS)" sits with the add-ons next to "Messaging rates vary by country".

The Business card also lists "Email & Text Marketing". Both statements are true of different things. The marketing tools are in the plan, and the messages they send are bought. The help center has the US and Canada rates:

The same article says every Message Center plan includes "two-way client conversations". A studio that wants to text back and forth with members is buying one of those six plans on top of the subscription.

What the page does not print

The card rate. The pricing page says "Save over 20% with our payment processing for recurring billing, credit card storage, and mobile sales." It does not print a percentage, and a saving is not a rate. The term. The only FAQ about changing plans reads "Upgrade anytime right from your WellnessLiving dashboard." That answers moving up. It does not answer moving down or leaving, and leaving has its own checklist. Five lines to put in the email before you sign:

What $349 is the price of

Put the page back together and $349 is a true number with conditions on it. It is the regular price for a team with an app under its own name, $4,188 a year. It is before any texting past reminders. It is before the app's annual fees, if BusinessPro pays them. And it sits next to a card rate the page does not print. WellnessLiving publishes more of this than most, the way Walla publishes $299 and $599, and the published number is still not the number on the invoice.
