The Frontmat partner kit

For Frontmat partners. Claims current as of September 2026.

Everything you need to talk about Frontmat without checking with us first: the marks, the words, what you may claim about other software, and a disclosure line that keeps you the right side of the FTC. Take what is useful. None of it is compulsory.

The badge

Frontmat partner badge, for light backgrounds

Badge, light · SVGBadge, dark · SVGWordmark · PNGWordmark, reversed · PNGIcon · PNG

Use the badge as it is, at any size, with clear space around it. Please do not recolour it, set it on the brand red, add words to it, or make it a button that looks like ours.

The wording is fixed: Frontmat partner. Not certified, not official, not approved, not authorised. You are a partner, which is what the badge says.

Domains and handles are the other fixed one: nothing you own should contain the word Frontmat. yourstudio.com/frontmat is fine, frontmatdesigner.com is not.

The disclosure line

Put it near the link, in the same size as the text around it, before someone clicks. Any of these does the job:

“I earn a referral fee from Frontmat.”

“Frontmat pays me if you sign up through this link.”

“Affiliate link: I’m paid a referral fee if you subscribe.”

On Instagram or TikTok, the platform’s own paid-partnership label is not enough on its own; say it in the caption too. In a newsletter, once per email near the link.

Copy you can lift

One line, for a services page

Booking and payments run on Frontmat: $99 a month flat, your members and your money on your own Stripe account, and the schedule lives on your site rather than sending people away. I earn a referral fee from Frontmat.

A paragraph, for a proposal

For booking I recommend Frontmat. It is $99 a month, month to month, with texts and the member app included rather than sold as add-ons. Payments go to your own Stripe account, so the money is yours the day it is taken and there is no platform fee on top. The part that matters for this build: your schedule goes on your site as a block I can place anywhere, and members book, buy and manage their account without leaving it. I earn a referral fee if you subscribe, which does not change your price.

For a template listing

Built for studios on Frontmat: paste one block and your class schedule, booking and memberships appear inside the page. Works on the free plan of this template. I earn a referral fee from Frontmat.

What you may claim, and the caveat that goes with it

These are ours to stand behind, taken from our own published pages. Anything beyond this list, ask us first, because a claim about someone else’s pricing goes stale the week they change it.

You may say Say it with
$99 a month, flat, month to month Nothing else to add; it is our public price.
Texts are included “Included in the $99, not billed per message.” Fair-use applies, as it does everywhere.
A member app in the studio’s own name and colours is included “Included”, not “free”, and it is a web app the member installs, not an App Store listing.
Payments go to the studio’s own Stripe account, with no platform fee on top “Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.”
Some competitors charge per text, per member or a percentage of revenue Name the source and the date, and link our write-up rather than asserting a number yourself.

Our own comparisons, with their sources and dates, are on the comparison page and in the blog. Linking those is safer than repeating a figure, because we keep them current and a copy on your site goes stale quietly.

Never: that a competitor is unsafe, dishonest or going out of business; that Frontmat is endorsed by anyone it is not; a price for anyone else that you have not just checked; or a promise about future features.

Reaching out to studios

If you email studios you have not worked with, the law that applies in the US is CAN-SPAM, and it is short: tell the truth in the subject line, say who you are, give a real postal address, and honour an unsubscribe within ten days. Buying a list is where most people come unstuck.

Do not write in our name, do not use a from-address containing Frontmat, and never claim a studio’s current software is about to stop working.

Showing it working

Our demo studio is real and open: browse it, sign in as a visitor, book a class. Nothing there takes money, so it is safe to hand to a client in a call. Your own sandbox is better for a demo you want to change: it is in your portal under Tools, it cannot take money or send texts, and you can build whatever a client needs to see.
