Everyone who asks, in one list. Follow-up that needs no tool.

People sign up on your website, come as a guest, follow a friend's link, join the list before you open. Most never book, and nobody follows up. Frontmat does, in your words, and stops the moment they book.

Leads

Where they came from, and how far they got.

Leads is one list of the people who have shown interest and have not booked or bought yet: your website, your pre-opening list, a member's guest, a referral link, or a sign-in with no booking. Each row says where the person came from, their stage, and the last thing that happened. Nothing on it needs tending: stages are worked out from what people did, and the moment someone books or buys they become a member and leave the list.

A lead's page has their timeline, a note box for a personal message sent as the studio, and a Stop follow-up button for that person alone.

Seven rows of the Leads list: each person with where they came from (guest, referral, website, signed in), their stage, and which follow-up email went last.

Follow-up

Three emails over ten days, in your words.

Every new lead gets three emails from your studio: an hour after they appear, here is how to book your first class; on day 3, a class to try this week, with three classes that have room; on day 10, still interested, with the schedule link and a plain way to say no. It is on from the start, it waits out your quiet hours, and it stops the moment the person books, buys or unsubscribes.

The words are yours. Settings › Messages lays out everything your studio sends in the order a person meets it, and each email is editable there. No email carries a tracking pixel.

The timeline

One timeline per person, before and after they join.

A member's page shows everything about them in one dated list: how they arrived, when they joined, every class, every purchase, every email your studio sent them, notes and milestones. Above it, a strip of how often they came over the last 26 weeks, with the week it changed marked in words.

When a regular starts coming less often, Home names them and their page has a note ready to send. When someone stops, the win-back goes out on its own.

A note ready to send, the week it changed.
The funnel

From first hello to still coming at day 90.

Reports follows one group of people step by step: showed interest, bought or booked, came to a class, still coming at 90 days. Since you opened, or the people who arrived in a month. Every step is a share of the one before, so the funnel can never widen and the number that matters is the last one.

From lead to member: four bars for showed interest, bought or booked, came to a class, and still coming at 90 days, with where the leads came from beside the first.

What it is not

Not a pipeline. There is no board to drag cards across, no deal values, no lead scoring and no shared inbox. Stages are worked out from what happened.

Not a campaign composer or a newsletter. Three emails, in your words, and then your own email tool if you have one: Connect hands it each new lead as it happens.

Not texting to prospects. Email only; a stranger has not consented to texts.

Where Frontmat does not fit, we say so: the compare page.
