Three things the price does not buy.
No consumer marketplace. On purpose, forever. Your members are yours. We will never sell them someone else's classes.
No retail POS, payroll, or appointments-first scheduling. If those run your business today, Mindbody may genuinely fit you better. We would rather you know that now than after a migration.
No AI front desk. Your members message your studio, not a bot wearing your logo.

Is $99 really the whole price?
Yes. $99 a month flat, every feature, every location. Card processing is Stripe's published rate and goes to Stripe. We take no cut, no markup and no commission on anything your members buy from you. There is no setup fee and nothing to upgrade to.
When does the first payment happen?
A studio that is already open gets 14 days free from sign-up, with no card to enter. A studio that has not opened yet is free until its opening day, up to 90 days, and then 14 days with real classes. Billing in Settings reads back the date your first payment would fall on, and adding a card early does not shorten the free time. How the trial and the subscription work.
Can I see it working before I sign up?
Yes. Willow & Oak Pilates is a demo studio that runs on Frontmat with a full schedule, and anyone can use it. Sign in to its member site with your email, sign the sample waiver, and you have two class credits to book a reformer with. The two-minute demo shows the owner's side.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. You cancel from your own settings page, and a cancellation runs to the end of the paid month. Members, history and the ledger export any time, before, during or after.
Do extra locations cost more?
No. Every location runs under one account with its own schedule, floor plans and timezone, one member balance across all of them, and one $99. How multi-location works.
Are texts, emails and the member app extra?
No. Reminders and waitlist texts are included and not metered, the three lead follow-up emails are part of the $99, and the branded member app is the member experience, not an add-on.
Is there a lower price for a studio that has not opened yet?
Yes, for the first twenty. Founding Studios are free until they open, up to 90 days, then three months free from the first class, $49 a month for the rest of the year, and $99 locked through 2028. The program, the seats left and the terms.
What does leaving cost?
Nothing. Month to month, a free export of everything you own, and no payment-data exit fee. Your members' saved cards live with Stripe, in your own Stripe account, so they are yours as well.
