Booking that knows where everyone sits.
Classes repeat on their own, members pick a spot from a map of your room, the waitlist offers a seat fairly, and the desk runs the class from one roster. Nothing here is an add-on.
Set a class once. It repeats.
A class that runs every week is a template: the name, the instructor, the length, the room and the days it repeats. Save it once and the next 90 days go on the schedule, with another day added each day after that. Change the template and every future class follows. A one-off class or a canceled day is a single edit.
Every location is on the same week view, filtered by location when you want one. A class carries its own free-cancellation window, in hours before it starts.
Members choose the reformer, not just the class.
Draw your room once: rows and columns, then reformers, bikes, mats, towers, chairs or a barre, labeled automatically in reading order from the front. Point a class at the map and members book a numbered spot from it. A class's capacity is the number of bookable spots, so a full class is a full room, not a guess.
Block a spot for one class when a machine is down. Open-room classes still work the old way: a headcount, and everyone settles in.
A seat is offered, not forced.
When a full class frees a seat, the waitlist decides by how close the class is. Far from class, the first person waiting is booked automatically. Near class, they get a claim offer with a time limit, so nobody is booked into a class that starts in ten minutes. Inside the release cutoff the seat simply opens to everyone.
Quiet hours hold every message overnight, so no one is texted at 2 AM. Every window is yours to set under Settings › Waitlist, and the defaults are the ones most studios keep.
Run the class from one page.
Every class has a roster. Check members in as they arrive, mark a no-show once the class has started, move someone to another reformer, and add a walk-in or a comp. A member's guest shows on the same roster with a waiver to tick at the door.
After the class ends, Home keeps asking until everyone on the roster is marked, so attendance is never a guess and late-cancel and no-show rules follow the pack or membership each person booked with.

Not appointment scheduling. Frontmat books classes, not one-on-one sessions, and we say so on the compare page.
Not a headcount pretending to be a room. If a class is on a floor plan, every booking is a spot.
