Referrals, win-back and milestones

A few automatic things that bring members back, all paid in class credits and visible in each member's history. Members can unsubscribe from these messages; booking and waitlist emails are never affected.

Settings › Rewards: the referral program, welcome, win-back, credit-expiry and milestone settings — Settings › Rewards. Each one is a checkbox and a number or two.

Referrals

With Referral program on, every member has a personal link under Invite a friend in the app. A friend who joins with it starts with the credits you set under Friend starts with (they claim them by signing the waiver), and the member earns Referrer earns credits once the friend takes a first class. Guest invitations carry the host's code too.

The automatic messages

Welcome: the day after a member's first class.
Win-back: when a member has not taken a class in the number of days you set, with comeback credits attached if you give any.
Credit-expiry reminder: a set number of days before credits on a pack lapse.
Class milestones: a badge on the member's page and a congratulations message at the class counts you set, from 10 to 1000. The roster flags a milestone on the day so you can say it in person.

Click Save rewards. The words of each message are under Settings › Messages.
